NoticeMgr Goes Gold

NoticeMgr allows you to set up dynamic, event driven email so that it can be edited by your users.

I released NoticeMgr 1.0 Beta on June 21st. In the intervening 3 and a half months, I have used it frequently. In that time, I have only added one new feature and haven't found any bugs. This is a pretty good sign that it is safe to call it version 1.0.

NoticeMgr does require both DataMgr and Mailer.cfc. Both, like NoticeMgr itself, are open source and free for any use.
