ColdFusion Programmer Wanted

So, my last blog entry was about my needing a developer to help me out. I found one and he is great. I just have even more work that needs doing.

At this point, I am looking for a 1099 contractor, not a W2 employee. I need someone with current U.S. residency, but I don't particularly care where you are located. All work is remote.

I need all of the following:

• ColdFusion – including experience with CFCs (5+ years)
• HTML/CSS (3+ years)
• SQL (3+ years)

I would like most of the following:

• Git
• HTML 5/CSS3
• JavaScript and jQuery
• TDD
• XML

The vast majority of the sites we develop run on SQL Server, so experience with that database specifically is a major plus. The large majority of the sites we develop run my own Neptune framework, so a willingness to learn that would be essential.

The development team consists of three passionate ColdFusion programmers (including me) spread across the country. So, you will get to work with other experienced and passionate developers all of whom are also working remotely.

We communicate by GTalk, Skype, and phone.

Pay is negotiable depending on experience. I have enough work to keep at least one person busy for at least 30-40 hours a week.

It would be tremendously helpful if you would list what you think your strength and weakness are. By that, I don't mean in a touchy-feely way, but just from a technical standpoint. Do you concentrate equally on front-end and back-end development or are you heavily a back-end coder with minimal front-end (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) skills or are you mostly a front-end person with a little back-end experience?
